Making Pear Shrub Cooler
Combine 2 lbs. pears (peeled, cored, mashed) with 2 cups of brown sugar, and 1 cup of Old Sourpuss White Wine vinegar. Let steep for 24 hours. Add 1 tbls. of shrub to a tall glass. Add ice and club soda and you have a lovely summer cooler. (You could make this party-friendly by adding a jigger of vodka.)
Garnish with a bit of honeycomb!
