White Wine Vinaigrette Recipe

1/4 c Old Sourpuss White Wine Vineagar

1 tbls. Dijon mustard

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tsp sugar

1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil

Mix the first four ingredients together. Then whisk in the olive oil in a slow steady stream.

White wine vinaigrette

is the best choice for delicate lettuces like buttercrunch, for cold asparagus, cucumber salads or lobster salads.
